Great product but poor after sales care
This product is great. Removes makeup so easily and makes your face feel really clean and look so healthy. I was worried about putting oil onto my face with having oily skin but this product is absolutely amazing, it has reduced the amount of oil on my skin and made my skin clearer, I very rarely get spots now thanks to this product. My only negative Is not with the product, but with the after sales care from the look fantastic team. I had stocked up with 3 jumbo bottles of precleanse and when I opened one the bottle pump was faulty and was leaking out wasting lots of the oil so I reported it to them with all the info and photos they requested only to be told that they won't do anything about it because its not within 40days of the order. Its impossible to use 3 x 473ml bottles in 40 days! I spend alot of money with look fantastic normally but I will be taking my custom elsewhere from now on. I'm Very disappointed in your service. I have always praised your company and recommended you to family and friends but i will no longer be recommending your company after today.

This product has helped save my skin, after makeup and a long day this just takes it all away and keeps my skin hydrated and gives it back it’s healthy glow. I really recommend especially if you have sensitive skin. This is also great as it comes in a jumbo size it will last so much longer!!
