DHC cotton pads
I have used these and think they are good value and such a good pad for Toners etc much prefer to plain cotton wool pads as these have a extra layer that makes them absorb better and no fluffy bits.

Gentle and effective product
Having blepharitis I need to make sure my eyelids are cleansed very well each day with a special cleansing fluid. These pads are so soft and do not leave tiny fibres in my eyes as normal cotton wool pads do which can irritate. They are more expensive but when on offer I buy a few to stock up. Just love this product.
