Rescue Balm
I suffer with a frozen shoulder so bought this to help with the pain when I go to the gym. I can definitely feel it eases the pain. It’s a shame about the mint smell though.

The best muscle soother in the business!
I’m a bog fan of Espa in general but this is their hero product for me! Being a Medical Secretary, I’m always getting neck/shoulder/back pain from being at my desk for the majority of my working day and from a lot of typing, nestling the phone in the crook of my neck (very bad habit!) This balm soothes immediately on application, gently heating up and giving a really comforting feeling as well as instantly soothing the aches. I give the tube a good squeeze (I use it generously) and warm the balm by rubbing it between my palms before smoothing it on. My Mum also loves this balm (she has arthritis and uses this nightly, and finds it a godsend). We purchase this on repeat and I recommend it to anyone with aches and pains.

Packaging a bit of a nightmare. Original tube split when trying to get the balm out. Lookfantastic sent replacement. Balm itself is soothing. Only need a small amount. Smells lovely. I use post exercise. Can be greasy if use too much

This balm is great not only for muscle relaxation, but also a great remedy after a heavy sun tan. A cooling effect is felt. The only thing I don't like is that it feels sticky on the body.
