How to apply Estée Lauder Double Wear
1. Prep skin by priming with a makeup primer.
2. Apply the foundation using your fingertips, a makeup sponge or a foundation brush.
3. Start by applying at the centre of your face for optimal coverage and blend outwards.
4. The foundation is buildable allowing you to apply more layers to achieve your desired coverage.
5. For more coverage, follow with Double Wear Concealer for any imperfections.

I have been using this foundation for 15 years and I have gone backwards and forwards trying new brands when they launch but nothing even comes close to this! It literally is THE BEST foundation. I apply using a damp beauty blender and it goes on seamlessly - I always prep my skin with Weleda Skin Food first and double wear sits lovely on top of it, it lasts for hours even without setting and just has the perfect finish!

Doesn’t last under mask
This has always been my go to foundation if I need something that’s going to stay in place all day since 2014. Unfortunately it doesn’t stay in place while I wear a mask at work all day. I’m left with a ring around my mouth from where it’s worn off. Really sad about this because I used to think this foundation was indestructible and sweet proof.

Absolutely love this product lasts all day after a very busy shift at work and still on after my evening gym session. The best foundation ever
I’ve used this foundation for years, now and then I’ll divert to another foundation due to hype of a ‘new kid on the block’ or just fancy a change just to confirm double wear is the best…and it is 🤩 …double wear is like magic it hides all blemishes, dark circles, rosy cheeks without feeling like you’re wearing a mask of thick foundation! My Holy Grail
I have tried most mattifying foundations on the market and this is the only one that stays put all day. It is amazing. Please try it. It is slightly heavier but trust me if your skin is greasy as mine it doesn't matter as it will look amazing all day. Not suitable if you have dry skin. It does slightly oxidise so go for a lighter shade if you have a problem with that. I also buy the pump so I can get my foundation out easier with it..

I can’t even put into words how amazing this foundation is. I’ve used it for about 2 years, basically everyday, it’s really easy to apply, I can apply it with my fingers, a brush or a sponge and it works really well with all. The coverage is absolutely amazing, it covers all my acne scars and blemishes without feeling too heavy on the skin. It also lasts all day long from 8am to 10pm at night. I’ve tried a couple different brands in between and nothing ever lives up to Estèe Lauder double wear! Definitely recommend!
