Start by using the lip liner to line the outer edges of the lips and fill in the entire lip area. Next apply Ultramatter, either straight from the bullet or using a lip brush, ensuring you get a clean application on the edge of the lips. To enhance your lips with a glossy sheen, apply loaded Lip Polish on top of the liner and Ultramatter, either applying all over the lip area or just keeping the Polish to the central area for an impactful sheen that doesn’t feel heavy.
