Restore gloss and shine to blonde hair with Kérastase Blond Absolu Bain Ultra Violet Shampoo, a deeply nourishing treatment that boosts luminosity.
The purple shampoo works to deliver lasting protection against brassy and yellow tones, while defending against pollution and other external aggressors to maintain a natural-looking shine. Hyaluronic acid and edelweiss flower work in harmony to melt away dirt and excess oil and replenish hydration, leading to a silky-soft and vibrant head of hair.
- Application: Wet hair then thoroughly remove excess water before applying a quarter-sized amount of shampoo touch by touch onto 5 key zones of the hair. Add water and emulsify. Leave it on between 2 to 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
- Routine: We recommend you alternate with Bain Lumière on a weekly or as a second shampoo for a deeper & hydrating cleanse.

Best purple shampoo
I’ve never really been a fan of purple shampoo as I always end up with ashy or purple toned hair, I put it on dry hair for a couple of mins ( you do use a lot of shampoo this way) but it worked so much better and left me with a nice creamy blonde. I only do once a month of that, but I love it.

Great fragrance, great at taking away yellow tones on coloured/lightened brunette hair. Just remember to use gloves to avoid staining your hands and be mindful it can be a little drying.

Really lovely blue / purple / silver shampoo for non yellow, bright, blonde locks! It lathers up so very well and is such a lovely consistency. It’s very good, but so is another well known professional brand, so it is a very close call. The other brand wins on price too. That’s why I give it 4/5. The packaging is gorgeous too.
