The Tattoo Liner Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner in shade Trooper Black is a precision eyeliner equipped with a 0.01mm needle-tip brush, perfect for creating sultry flicks, intricate lines and faux freckles. An innovative 325 Pressure-Adaptive Flex Bristles technology allows you to switch from fine filling in to bold, graphic styles, while its high-impact opacity won't budge or fade throughout the day. Designed to be layered, the water-resistant formula glides seamlessly over eyeshadow and can be built for a more intense finish as desired.
Now housed in a luxe aluminium pen.
For best performance, store your Tattoo Liner flat and shake it before use. Still feeling dry? Wipe tip with a damp tissue to remove eyeshadow build-up.
Use light pressure for fine, exact lines (perfect for creating sharp wings). Add more pressure to create a thicker, bold eyeliner look. The formula is designed to layer, so you can keep drawing over your lines until your work is complete. Can be used for faux freckles and filling in sparse brows, too.

Definitely NOT waterproof
This eye liner is awful. I wore it for less than and hour, my eye watered slightly and it was EVERYWHERE! The worse eyeliner I’ve used!

I’ve got small, hooded eyes, so really struggle with getting makeup that doesn’t smudge on my face. This is alright. Doesn’t smudge immediately, but if you’re expecting it to stay untouched all night, that’s definitely not the case. It would probably need refreshing and tidying up every 3/4 hours. I just wore it to the cinema and came out to it smudged.

I have bought a lot of KVD products and found them good but this product is not worth the hype. It does not last on the eye unfortunately m. The best product I’ve ever found in terms of eyeliner is stila waterproof eyeliner dual ended.

Broke quickly
When it arrived, this was exactly what I wanted: smooth, the easiest application I've ever done, and lasting forever! Even through sleep and a shower. That lasted three days, and then I started to struggle to get the liquid to come out of the pen in that smooth way. It now never produces that first result. It let me down at a festival, which was particularly disappointing. It isn't worth the money for such a small amount of clean usage. Maybe mine is faulty but the pen wont refresh with fresh ink, no matter how much shaking or standing it on its end I do.
