Smoothing effortlessly onto skin without caking or settling into fine lines, the powder foundation provides medium coverage to reduce the appearance of pores, blemishes and skin imperfections.
Offering up to eight hours of wear, the lightweight MAC Studio Fix foundation helps to absorb excess oil in order to combat shine without drying out the skin. Expect an even, mattified complexion with an airbrushed finish.

Apply Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation with a dry sponge or brush. Blend evenly over skin surface.

My Holy Grail Foundation
I suffer from rosacea and have been using this foundation for around 5 years. It's the only foundation I've used which can cover the redness on my cheeks without looking too heavy. Works well with most moisturisers underneath too. Powder foundations can sometimes make my skin look a little dry but I always spritz with a spray after and it looks great.

Not For Me But...
It could be it's just not the right texture for me as someone with dry to combination skin and a preference for medium coverage. It could be the tools I'm using. It's light coverage once blended out. Great, for when you want a natural look or minimal makeup. It does work well with other products, both cream and powder, I noticed no problems here. Alternatively this could be used as a finishing powder to help set other foundations in place. I personally prefer the studio tech.

Cannot find a shade match
I have not been able to find an appropriate shade match with this Studio Fix Powder despite trying multiple shades. They all look too ashy or too dark to me. I am sticking to the MAC Mineralize powder instead.
