Apply using the soft flocked doe foot applicator. Use your fingertip or a small flat brush to gently tap the product over the eyelid to create a slightly tacky finish that helps lock your eyeshadow in place for long-lasting eye looks.

Sadly Not For Me
I had high hope for this product as I love Revolution. Sadly this did not stop my eyeshadow creasing or from moving around my eyelids. The search continues for a hight street eyeshadow primer that actually works.
