Starting at the cupid's bow, use little strokes to outline the entire edge of the lips. Using the side of the pencil, fill in the centre of lips. Blot to remove any excess and apply the lip colour of your choice. Use a brush for a sharp, precision application, apply from the bullet for a strong bold look, or use a finger for a delicate stain effect.
