This is great for dry curly hair as it is very nourishing. If you only have wavy hair this can be too rich and make it look greasy if you apply too much and I would say it is not suitable for straight hair. My daughter has curly hair and won't be without it! It makes her hair much more manageable and leaves her with defined curls rather than the knotted frizzy hair she had beforehand.
