- Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4. Trim the wick before every use to no shorter than 5mm. As you inhale the fragrance, practice mindful breathing techniques. Breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds.

Bought as a gift, but the 4 of these smell amazing, I'm tempted to repurchase for myself! I love lavender scents, so my favourite is the perfect night sleep candle, but they all smell equally gorgeous.
