Encourage a clarified complexion with Neutrogena’s Clear and Defend Plus Daily Serum. Summoning a radiant glow, the non-comedogenic formula seeks to minimise the look of discolouration caused by blemishes.
The serum is enriched with salicylic acid, working to de-congest pores and absorb excess sebum. Gluconolactone lends refining benefits, helping to smooth the skin, while glycolic acid promotes a more even-toned finish. Complete with Mandelic acid for an added brightening effect, the serum helps to leave the skin feeling revitalised.
- Application: New users should apply product to small areas during the first 3 days. If no discomfort occurs, apply a thin layer once a day on clean face, then increase to twice a day if desired. If dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.
- Please Note: Avoid contact with eyes. Contains AHAs that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and sunburn. Use a sunscreen and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
- Salicylic Acid: Oil-soluble exfoliant that helps clear blocked pores and refines texture

Very good
Acne spots were less visible after use, the serum is oily in texture but it's not staying on the face, very good feeling afterwards. Doesn't dry your skin, doesn't irritate, overall very good. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Amazing results!!
I tried this product for 2 weeks and the results in the short space of time was amazing. I noticed a change in the dark marks I had on my face drastically change and I was only using it once a day at nights. I will say though a little really does go a long way. It doesn’t have a slightly weird smell but for the results it has I don’t really mind the smell because it actually does what it says it will. Will most definitely be a staple in the skincare routine now! #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Great product
I haven't had any breakouts since using this product and it absorbs very easily into my skin. I haven't noticed it smoothing my skin yet but I'm hoping that after using it fot longer I may see this. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Really nice serum
I was sent this to test and I must say I am really happy with this product it help form my skin and give me a more even complexion it is very lightweight on your skin And dries really fast as well it made my skin so much better and my make up look so good when I applied it will definitely be using this again #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Watery but good
This serum is very watery, the consistency isn’t what I’m used to. I followed the instructions and tested a small area for 3 days just to make sure my skin wouldn’t be irritated/have a bad reaction. Surprisingly my (sensitive) skin didn’t react at all. It says on the box you can work up to use it twice daily, however I feel that would be too much for my skin, so I’m sticking to applying it once a day. It sinks into the skin nicely, has no fragrance, and doesn’t feel tacky/ball up when using alongside other products. I’ve yet to see any difference in my acne marks, or my skin texture but it’s early days. I will say I’ve not had as many breakouts whilst using this, which is a plus. This product is definitely worth a shot to anyone who struggles with acne marks/breakouts/dull skin/skin texture. Just remember it takes time to see results. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Works well
I really liked this product and the effects i saw in such a short time. The longer i use it, the better effects i am going to see. I loved that it had no scent. It was quite strong so i know it was working. It reduced my pores. I love the consistency of the product. It leaves my skin supple and radiant. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Spots be gone!
I used this product for a few weeks and can say it does help reduce spots and it makes your pores feel clean. I mainly used it on my nose and forehead and after the initial breakout, you could see the difference using this makes. The only negative I have for this product is that when you squeeze it out of the tube, it has tendancy to come gushing out as it's quite watery/ not that thick so I'd have preferred some sort of nozzle to help avoid wastage. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Great product, shame about the smell.
I’ve been using it gradually and as and when for the last few weeks and I really am noticing a difference. My spot scarring is fading and my spot breakouts are also calming right down. I’m amazed. It feels light on your skin, breathable and I have sensitive skin and for me it didn’t sting or irritate me at all which I was worried it might. A tube goes a long way as only the tiniest amount goes a long way with this product so is amazing value. Starting to feel more confident and I have to acknowledge this product for helping me get there. Well worth it. The only downside to this product is the smell! It's not a very nice smell and can be a little off putting! If you can stomach the smell ... Which doesn't last long luckily it's definitely worth a buy! Nice product but awful smell
This product has such potential! It works really well but it smells awful - almost like a wet dog. The packaging is impractical for the consistency of the product - squeeze tube for a thin serum - and the tube doesn’t stand upright. The product is a lovely texture and works well as my skin felt smooth and improved the texture but unfortunately I can’t get past the terrible smell and packaging. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample
