Restore your shine with the Philip Kingsley Elasticizer Booster Restoring Conditioner. Designed to be the perfect partner for the cult-favourite Elasticizer Deep-Conditioning Treatment, the intensive formula works to prolong the hydrating and nourishing results.
The high-performance in-shower formula offers versatility to dryer hair types and can be used as a hair mask or conditioner. The booster leaves hair feeling silky soft and smooth, with enhanced flexibility and bounce.
Apply your normal conditioner over mid-lengths and ends of cleansed hair. Smooth the Booster over the top, paying particular attention to the driest, most damaged areas. Rinse thoroughly. Can also be used all over in place of your normal conditioner and left on for up to 10 minutes as a flash mask.

After reading the instructions which claimed it could be used as a conventional conditioner or as a flash mask, I was expected this to leave my fine hair limp as mask type conditioners usually do. I was pleasantly surprised! Although relatively heavy in texture whilst applying, it washed out easily & my hair dried with plenty of bounce & shine. Only criticism is that I personally prefer a stronger scent.
