Restore your shine with the Philip Kingsley Elasticizer Booster Restoring Conditioner. Designed to be the perfect partner for the cult-favourite Elasticizer Deep-Conditioning Treatment, the intensive formula works to prolong the hydrating and nourishing results.
The high-performance in-shower formula offers versatility to dryer hair types and can be used as a hair mask or conditioner. The booster leaves hair feeling silky soft and smooth, with enhanced flexibility and bounce.
Apply your normal conditioner over mid-lengths and ends of cleansed hair. Smooth the Booster over the top, paying particular attention to the driest, most damaged areas. Rinse thoroughly. Can also be used all over in place of your normal conditioner and left on for up to 10 minutes as a flash mask.

I would recommend this conditioner for anyone that has normal to slightly dry hair that is looking for conditioner that will add shine and make hair feel soft. I have very dry hair as a result of colouring and use of heat appliances, so found overall my hair was left dry in places . However I noticed that the less processed parts of my felt soft and smooth after using the conditioner . My take home message, a great conditioner for normal to slightly dry hair but perhaps not the best if you have dry to very dry hair .
