Lovely product
This was the first time I had ever tried a spray to try and help me sleep and I do think it worked a bit! I am a terrible sleeper, but I do think it has improved slightly whilst using this product. The packaging is gorgeous The only thing I would change is, I would make the scent slightly stronger.

Pleasant subtle scent
Was a little sceptical but I did sleep well after spritzing my pillows though wasn’t sure about putting it on my skin after my night time routine. The aroma is not too strong and reminds me of other Sanctuary spa products I have used, indeed the spa itself! My only criticism would be the plasticky packaging, feels a little cheap.

This mist is lovely, a beautiful aroma that relaxes instantly. I spray my duvet cover and the room (around the bed) and drift off into gentle sleep. One of the best I've tried, it doesn’t dampen the pillow either - mists perfectly. Smells delightful drifting into dreamland.

Great night sleep
Great product, helps go sleep faster. Perfect for everyone having problems with sleep. Smell is nice, gentle make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I definitely recommend this Sleep Mist.

Calming scent
I have really enjoyed using this spray, the scent is lovely and calming and although I still struggle to sleep on occasion this does seem to have aided this slightly!

Lovely smell and great night sleep
A lovely calming smell which isn’t too strong which leads to a good night sleep . You can either spray on your pillow or skin. This is a light mist with a subtle scent. This has also helped me fall back to sleep more easily when I woken in the night . Great for daily or occasional use.

Calming and pleasant experience!
Such a pleasant fragrance that leave you in a relaxing mood just before you felt asleep. The smell on your pillow has the perfect balance to help you to get into a fabulous evening experience. Is a very interesting soft calming aroma all around. Love to use the mist every night as became a lovely part of my evening routine.

Great help falling asleep faster!
What a lovely product! At first I thought the scent was slightly too strong but it proved me wrong! I spray lightly on my face about an hour before bed time and few sprays on my pillow just before bedtime. The scent takes me to a calm, peaceful place and I drift off to sleep much easier. Oh, and I forgot to mention - Sanctuary Spa Sleep Mist has hyaluronic acid! What's not to like about that?! One product does two jobs! Voila! The Sleep Mist will stay on my bedside table forever!

Not 100% certain it works for me
The Sleep mist smelt lovely and seemed to give a calming effect, but I’m not 100% sure on it’s effects to help me sleep. I’ve used this very regularly for about 3 weeks and I haven’t noticed much of a difference on the days I used it to when I forgot to, as I seem to struggle to stay asleep. I think I will need to keep using the product. It does seem to help me fall asleep quicker than normal, but it didn’t help me to stay asleep. The packaging is very nice and it looks appealing to leave on the bed side table.
