An award-winner and bestseller, The INKEY List Oat Cleansing Balm gently dissolves makeup, SPF, oil and impurities from the skin to reveal a soft and supple complexion. The rich cleansing balm is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin, nourishing the natural protective barrier as it melts away the day.
A comforting cocktail of 3% oat kernel oil and 1% colloidal oatmeal visibly soothes redness and protects the skin’s moisture barrier in order to resist stripping or drying out the skin. Perfect as the first cleanser in your double cleanse routine, the cleansing balm also doubles as a shaving balm or ten-minute mask.

- When to Use: As the first step in your skincare routine.
- Recommended Amount: A coin-sized amount.
- Application: Gently massage a small amount of the cleaning balm onto a dampened face and neck. Add water, then rinse thoroughly. For an extra nourishment boost, leave on for 10 minutes before rinsing.
- Routine: Follow with The INKEY List Hyaluronic Acid as your first step after cleansing, then apply preferred treatments and moisturiser. Use SPF as the last step in your AM skincare routine.

Favourite Cleansing Balm
I’ve tried so many cleansers over the years but won’t use any others now. It’s affordable but exactly what my skin needs. It feels nourishing and cleanses well, and I love the gentle exfoliation from the little bits in it. I find it doesn’t always get mascara off super easily but I always double cleanse when removing makeup and find it sets the next cleanser up so that it comes straight off. Adorable and so good.

I'm not completely sold
This feels really pleasant on my skin, and I find the natural oaty smell strangely comforting. I perhaps should have read a bit more before buying though. I have slightly oily skin that can be tipped quite easily into being too dry (it's a nightmare) so when I bought this, I was looking for something that would clean my face, without leaving it actively dry. I feel like it leaves my skin a bit more moist than I'd want it to be, but that's just my preference, and isn't necessarily a fault of the product. I like that the little oats act as a gentle exfoliant, and what you get is really great for the price. Despite my minor gripes, I'm sure I'll repurchase, especially come winter when my skin could do with the extra moisture.

This does a great job of melting makeup off. It's ever so slightly grainy, which has divided my friends. In my opinion, if you massage it into your face for a little while, you feel squeaky clean after rinsing.

Highly recommend. I used to use a more expensive balm, but this is now my go to and I’m on my 6th tube. The only flaw is the packaging. I cut into the tube and fill a pot up with another week’s worth of product, using the remaining each time. You’d use less & therefore have less residue if it was in a tub.
