The waterproof and non-feathering formula is supercharged by the brand’s Lip Injection technology, offering up to ten hours of full-coverage colour while encouraging a fuller-looking shape. Create a contoured, ombre effect with a deeper shade, or keep it natural with a similar tone to your lips and line to perfection with this creamy pencil.
To shape lips, begin by following the natural lip line. Slightly over line cupid’s bow and bottom centre lip for a fuller pout effect.
For a natural contoured lip look use a shade 1 to 2 shades deeper than your natural lip colour and or skin tone. Fill in lips with choice of lipstick, lip gloss, or lip balm.

I bought one of these liners previously and wrote a scathing review as didnt like it and didnt feel it had any effect at all. I gave it another try a few weeks back and actually liked it. After a few uses I really loved it and now its my go to liner... I feel bad that I gave it a rubbish review before! So after buying another 2 shades, I can safely say I love it. I don't even mind the fact I cant retract it! Fave colours are post op and hot and spicy! Defo worth buying if you want a pouty pout!

The lip liner is so smooth and easy to apply. I like the fact you pump up what you need of the pencil, so unlike others, it won’t snap. It’s a creamy pencil and gives a little tingle as you apply it. Nothing crazy, but it lines your lips and stays put for ages afterwards. So for people like me that don’t do Fillers, this gives you the choice to slightly alter the shape of your natural lips. This is my second purchase, this time a different shade, and I will definitely purchase more as and when I can. As always, Too Faced doesn’t disappoint 👄 ♥️

Just not as expected
I had high hopes for this as ive never had a plumping lip liner before. First of the the packaging. The liner tube is super smooth and slim meaning getting the lip off is so hard. Its very slippy and so you need something to grip it before you can get it off. The tip of the liner increases by clicking a button and so if you click too fast there is no way of retracting it and so you risk it breaking. The colour I chose was just too nude. It did nothing for my pale complexion and washed me out. The formula was quite drying too. And finally, it did give a slight tingle when applied. But just for a few seconds and i couldnt see any plumping at all. Disappointing really for the price!

High hopes but not as great as expected
After being lured into buying this from a social media reel, i expected to see quite a bit difference when I used this. Unfortunately not meant to be. Firstly the pencil has a click button to push up the product and so if you click too far there is no way of retracting it. The consistency is quite drying and is cakey and so if you have any fine lines the product will emphasise this. Finally the colour is really a bit meh. Very brown nude and brings nothing extra to the table. Really not what I expected :(
