Favourite Daily Serum
I keep my skin routine simple with a few staples and Vichy's mineral 85 has been a core part of my routine for 3 years now. If I run out and stop using it for a few weeks, I always notice the difference. Although the main selling point is the hyaluronic acid for hydration, I notice that the biggest difference it makes is in evening out my complexion. I easily end up with uneven complexion and hyperpigmentation - while I can't say it directly fades dark marks, I do think it helps prevent them somehow. It really helps the dryness I tend to get around my nose and mouth and I find it smooths the texture of dry areas after a couple of weeks of use. I tried it on a bunny dry area on my legs and it fixed that too. When my skin is sensitive from allergies or travel, its one of the only products which seems to help. (It's really nice if I refrigerate it when using it for sensitive skin or rolling/gua shua to depuff). A perfect layer under Moisturiser, plays well with make up and most other water based products.
