Transform your tresses with the low-commitment Wella Professionals 10-minute Colour Fresh Semi Permanent Colour Mask in Cool Espresso. This zero-damage, colour-depositing formula helps to enhance or change the look of your hair, temporarily providing a rich cocoa hue.
Gradually fading after each wash with no grow-out lines, the colour mask is designed to be used weekly to top-up the chocolate pigments, while dually acting as a conditioning treatment. Enriched with avocado oil, the semi-permanent colour leaves the hair feeling satin-soft with a lustrous gloss.
Please note: Colour results can vary depending on the mask used and the base level and porosity of the hair – the lighter the hair the brighter the colour.

When applying the product, it’s quite thick. I have thin hair but it’s long and I felt I nearly used the whole tube in one go. The colour of the initial mask was good, but I can’t lie I was slightly panicked when washing it off as it did run the water green. However! Once I dried my hair, there wasn’t any green residue and my hair did look glossy. I have dark brown, coloured hair and I think this can work well with dark hair. I’ve read some reviews about it turning hair green, but this has been with people who have blonde, or lighter hair. One I dried and styled my hair, I was impressed with the glossy look of this product. It says to use weekly but that’s too much effort for me! So I will use again but just at times when I feel my hair needs a boost and colour refresh.

I bought this after recommended by my hairdresser. It removed the brassy colour from my hair and made it the best ash colour I’ve had. My hair is light to medium brown with highlights underneath (to lighten from nearly black hair). This is the only thing that has helped. I wash my hair almost every day so could probs do with using it more than once a week but I am going to just use it nearer the weekend.

Only if you have brown hair
I have brown hair with lighter highlights and it turned my highlights green. In the plus side: the brown roots darken to a very nice dark brown, did not it not go black like many others do but please do not use this unless your hair is brown
