The Philip Kingsley Flaky/Itchy Scalp Conditioner is perfect for dry lengths and oily scalps.
Lightweight in texture, the high-impact formula wraps every strand in a veil of hydration. A blend of oils helps to nourish the hair, offering intense moisture with none of the weigh-down.
Suitable for daily use, the conditioner gives detangling action to promote supple, silky lengths. It also resists flaky or itchy areas for fresh, comfortable results.
Apply to the mid-lengths and ends of cleansed wet hair after using Flaky/Itchy Scalp Shampoo, rinse well. Do not apply to your scalp, as this can weigh your roots down.

This is a really lovely conditioner and I use it with the shampoo. You can’t go wrong with Philip Kingsley products. Will never go back to using anything else. I do use it on the roots and give my hair a thorough rinse especially on the scalp and my hair has never felt heavy with product.
