Brilliant product, wish the instructions were on the pack though

To add to other reviews this is an excellent product, really tones well. Isn't drying, important for dyed and highlighted hair. 5* product with 2* instructions I almost took a star off because the instructions are so hard to find.  Me - wet hair, reads tube, how to use > see website Dripping goes to website, search for product. Go to full description - describes the product but not how to use it. Drip, drip read further > ingredients no ... How to apply > read our guide ... at last Leave for up to 3 minutes if hair is bleached, up to 5 minutes if hair is dyed, and up to 10 minutes if hair is naturally blonde. Why don't they say this on the packaging??

Buy it! Even tones orange hair!

I’ve bought so many purple/blue shampoo, conditioners and toners the past few months and have tried a lot of the main expensive (and not so expensive) ones. The blue ones did nothing to the warmer blonde that still needs lifting a couple of levels and the purple shampoos just made the blonde bits murky. I had swamp hair basically. I bought this on a whim, there weren’t any reviews or hype about it. I left it on in the shower for about 7 minutes because there were no directions on the bottle - it tells you to go to their website. I washed it off and let my hair dry not expecting any change but it completely neutralised all my hair in one go. The ginge looks like a dark ash blonde and the rest is a creamy platinum, it’s not like purple shampoos that just make you look white/flat or a murky grey. For the first time in months I’ve not felt self-conscious about my ‘work in progress’ blonde. I can see why it’s only to be used once a week because if it can work wonders on my ginger strands you wouldn’t need much if you’re a pale blonde. It might seem expensive for the size but I’ll be replacing all the other so-called neutralising products with this so it’ll work out the same or probably cheaper. I won’t be without this product now!

This product is amazing for refreshing my platinum blonde hair in between trips to the hairdressers. Any brassy tones are turned back to a bright blonde after use.
