I was sceptical after seeing this blow up on TikTok but it does work. Used as a liner and lipstick. Only a slight tingle and does need to be reapplied but looks and feel great

Has the consistency of a lip balm. Colour is a bit thin on the ground. Doesn't plump lips at all unlike the Lip Project Plumper. I thought this was just a colour version. Won't buy again.

Nice colour, has a tiny amount of tingle but expected more seeing as it's supposed to plump. Don't notice any plumping effects at all unfortunately. Also find that the pencil is far too big for a liner? Wouldn't re-buy... sorry.
