This is the worst shampoo I’ve ever tried. My hair clumped together and felt like stack of hay. I’ve never experienced anything like that. Even conditioner didn’t help afterwards- I still couldn’t brush through them. I so regret that I haven’t read other reviews prior buying this. Looks like I am not the only victim. It’s so expensive and so bad- how is it possible nowadays?! I wonder why and how some people find it good. Maybe there is a batch-to-batch variation. Anyway: don’t risk it and don’t buy it!

Usually buy the hydrate version but decided to give this a go. Not impressed, the shampoo matts my hair up as soon as it touches it I hoped the conditioner would soften but it didn’t. I still had knots and lot of hair fall out! Would not recommend! Wish I’d stuck to hydrate now I’m stuck with a expensive rubbish shampoo and conditioner!

Worst shampoo ever

I usually use aveda shampoo, but fancied a change. This stuff made my hair clump together like a lump of wet cotton wool. I couldn’t get my fingers into it, never mind through it. Never again. Once dried my hair did not appear volumised, it was dull and looked greasy the following day. I do not recommend this product.
