Surprised
Having read other reviews I popped these in the fridge. The taste is not great but you get used to it. I genuinely noticed a difference after 4 days and would recommend them if you are looking for a boost. A bit pricey to continue taking every day.

Got these due to tik tok and all the hype. Tastes pretty awful and hasn’t done much for me to be honest. I’m sure they’ll be good for some people! Expensive too.

I have been using this product for 12 weeks and have noted my hair feel softer & smoother, ny nails are stronger & my skin is glowing.
