I bought two of these by accident and they will have to go in to the bin! i have bleach blonde hair and thought this would be great but  Its the worst mask/conditioner i have ever used. It dosnt do anything, my hair actually feels more tangled and knotted and dry after using it. i have given it a good few goes now hopeing it would be differenr every time but my hair feels worse than it did before. DO NOT BUY

I suspect the positive reviews of this product have been placed by the marketing team because it is the worst conditioner I have ever used! I have normal, highlighted, shoulder length hair. I used the treatment as recommended on the label and it actually made my hair more dry than before. I had to add a different conditioner to be able to combe through it. This product is clearly missing a key ingredient. It doesn't work at all.

I' ve no idea why but my low porosity, fine hair really loves this product. I only leave it for 5 minutes and it does wonders. No shower cap, no heat. Love it!

Sent out of date product

Have used this mask for years and it’s brilliant- however LookFantastic sent me a congealed out of date product and have asked me to wait for an ‘investigation’ rather than reimburse me and send me the product in it’s proper state (again, it’s a very good hair mask). I sent all necessary details and photographic evidence and it’s pretty annoying that LookFantastic won’t make up for sending me a product in such an awful state. This also isn’t the first time that this has happened.

Formula changed

Used to work for me - but I believe and have noticed some of their holy grail product formula have changed - doesn’t work for me anymore doesn’t penetrate even when I add water for better penetration into the hair shaft - masque sits on top. I have low porousity thick 4c and 4b coarse hair.

I’ve used 2 pots of this now and am still indifferent to whether it actually repairs damaged hair. Its texture is that of thick, waxy butter and it doesn’t seem to penetrate the hair, more just sit on it. It doesn’t detangle your hair or have any real ingredients which claim to do so. It’s just a pot of natural nice ingredients that probably make your hair feel soft for a day or two. It needs to be followed by your usual conditioner to have any benefit. I’d stick with coconut oil mixed with castor oil for the same results at half the price.

With high hopes I ordered this one. Wouldn't it be great to have a natural product which would make wonders to hair.. it would and I'm still looking. This smells lovely but doesn't attach to hair, needs to be used a lot to be able to comb through and in the end leaves a funny feeling of residue. I so wanted this to work

Let me start by saying this product doesn’t just cover over problem hair like many more expensive brands will. It isn’t full of silicones and all the fake nasties that just make hair more shiny whilst pumping it full of silicone. This actually deeply nourishes and moisturises hair to help repair the overall condition. It smells heavenly, has a thick, buttery texture and after one use my hair was softer, shinier, more manageable and felt moisturised. I highly recommend it and it’s also excellent value for money and a large pot that will last a long time. Will definitely dry the shampoo next.
