This serum! Nothing, and I mean nothing makes my hair so manageable, soft and detangled. Yes, the pump is a bit difficult sometimes, but I am willing to look beyond that. I've tried so many high end hair products, this is the only thing that I won't be without again.

The Best

Much better than Olaplex!!!  The very first application changed my very much highlighted hair from straw to silk.  While I dislike the delivery system (pump is very hard to depress), I won’t stop using this product!  After I shampoo, I towel dry my hair for a few minutes then use the Shu Uemura hair reset on my damp hair from root to end.  Don’t worry that your hair will be oily,  when dry your hair is pure silk and not oily at all.  I air dry my hair.

From candyfloss to silk

I have shoulder length bleached hair which unless I get it professionally blow dried always looks like candyfloss at the ends, never smooth. I have been so fed up I was going to get it cut back into a bob again. Tried the Shu Uemura repair serum and my hair is like silk! And this is after only one use. It smells divine and works miracles. It's worth every penny.

Love at first pump -- started using this after I went blonde and now my hair is ironically better than before bleach. I avoid heat, so I just spread it through just washed hair and let air dry, and it deeply, as opposed to superficially, hydrates. My hair is usually very easily weighed down by product, so I was literally amazed that this didn't at all. Haven't tried anything else from shu uemura yet but will. I actually use this in conjunction with sachajuan shine serum and it still doesn't make my hair limp. Great product for fine and damaged hair.

Best hair secret out there!

I have been using this with Olaplex for a few years . I can honestly say this has saved my hair from snapping off and needing to be cut into a short bob, to the long and strong hair I now have. A few pumps of this into just washed hair detangles and you can feel it softening the hair leaving a deep gloss without coating or weighing your hair down. It has in the last year been difficult to buy in the UK so thank you Lookfantastic for stocking it. A truly brilliant product.
