Lost a nail trying to scrape out product

Very weary of anyone giving this 5*… the product is rock solid. In trying to scrape any of it out of the tub one of my nails pinged off. It smells great, but that’s the only upside. Once you’ve managed to scrape whatever you can out, the product clumps then flies off your skin when trying to apply it. There’s more on the shower floor than on me. Do not buy this product, overpriced and unusable.
