Really helped with period symptoms
For the last year I have had really bad periods, awful symptoms that meant I needed to be in bed the day before it started or the first day of it. I have taken these for 2 months and my last two cycles have been normal, no awful symptoms before. I combined these with evening primrose oil and extra magnesium daily.

Worked great.
I've been taking these for just less than a month. This was the first time I have been able to workout and also work in the garden while on my period. I've little to no cramps. And I've lots of energy. And it has corrected my calender. As irregular period was one of the reasons I tried these tablets. I'll be sticking with them.

Got my period
Honestly, I didn't think much of these little guys but I absolutely love them. I've been taking for about 2 months now and my period - which only used to come every 9 months - came within as little as 5 weeks of taking them. My only negative review would be that they always seem to run out of stock, looking on the original website and others too, it doesn't help that ebay resellers are selling them for even more than original.
