I've been taking these for just less than a month. This was the first time I have been able to workout and also work in the garden while on my period. I've little to no cramps. Honestly, I didn't think much of these little guys but I absolutely love them. I've been taking for about 2 months now and my period - which only used to come every 9 months - came within as little as 5 weeks of taking them. My only negative review would be that they always seem to run out of stock, looking on the original website and others too, it doesn't help that ebay resellers are selling them for even more than original.
