Twist base of pen twenty times or until gel has be sufficiently dispensed onto the brush. Using the brush, paint your teeth with the whitening agent. Leave in place for five minutes. After five minutes rinse gel away with water. Use daily to maintain whitening effects.

I noticed a little bit of a difference at first but then with prolonged use it doesn't seem to have any further effect. Also difficult to see how much product if any is actually on your teeth from the brush.

To be honest I haven’t really noticed much difference. I have previously used the spotlight whitening kit and hoped a quick touch up with the pen every now and then would be a quick fix. It has a nice taste and is easy to use although I wish the instructions mentioned cleaning the brush inbetween uses to prevent bacteria buildup.

was quite excited to try this as I drink ALOT of coffee, but gutted as couldn’t really see a difference , maybe my gnashes are just too stained for this product but I have personally found other teeth whiteneing products have worked really well on my teeth, so was disappointed with this one sadly
