Shampoo
1Hi I used this product about a month ago because my usual was out of stock but found that it left a coating on my hair and my hair felt tacky and not the usual soft and shiny. So I won’t be buying this one again

Awful
1I purchased this shampoo along with the conditioner and was so excited to try these products as my previous hair salon uses this brand and it’s always left my hair feeling luxurious. However, this product in particular left my hair feeling instantly waxy/greasy after I washed it - I even got my boyfriend to try it incase it was because I have colour treated hair but he said the same thing. I used a clarifying shampoo as at first I thought I just had product build up but my hair still went waxy/greasy. I’ve now switched to the morrocanoil hydrating shampoo and conditioner which has left my hair feeling smooth and soft.

Great
5I have only started using this shampoo and so far so good! It’s great when washing your hair twice with the shampoo and it doesn’t dry it out either. The brand is great for hydration and leaves the hair smooth

Love this shampoo
5This shampoo smells amazing, it has gel formula and it leaves my scalp and hair really clean. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I highly recommend this. I have thick hair, and it leaves my hair feeling soft and silky smooth.

Amazing shampoo
5Love this shampoo so much! It makes my hair feel clean without feeling stripped at all. It looks beautiful sitting in my shower too, I love the packaging. Can’t recommend this line enough! I’ll definitely be getting more when it’s finished

5This shampoo smells divine. It does leave the hair shiny and with silky feeling. It is easy to brush the hair thoroughly. Recommended for all hair types, even for dry/damaged hair. My hair feels hydrated and very soft. The product was gifted by the brand for my honest opinion.

Manageable and shiney
4I’m really enjoying using this shampoo. My hair is a lot east to manage when combing/drying and styling. I’m noticing my hair looking a lot healthier and has a beautiful shine to it too!

‘Not for my hair type’ :(
3I have really thick hair and when I used the inessence shampoo, unfortunately my hair just dried out, not a fan of this one. It may not be the best one for my hair type. I prefer the inessence conditioner instead!

Softer smoother hair!
4I really love this shampoo! I have super thick hair and my natural texture is more coarse and frizzy but this shampoo definitely makes my hair smoother and softer (after the first shampoo even) and more manageable. Definitely recommend!
