Always use these bath salts, paired with eg an Aromatherapy Associates oil. It definitely helps your joints feel better.  Bought this large pack as it’s more economical, however it is very heavy to pour from.

This size pack is great value. Find that these salts really help after a workout for soothing my aching muscles..Would recommend at least a 15 minute soak to get full benefit. Also finds it helps with my arthritis.
