This brand makes great bath salts - I tried most of them and am really happy with the quality, especially given the price that’s more than affordable! Exactly this one is 5kg, lasts for a while, and it’s packaged nicely so the salt doesn’t get damp while stored in a bathroom. I add about 3 cups per bath when my muscles are sore or I just feel I wanna relax - and it works miracles!

Just Amazing! I have a lot of stress. Epsom salt helps me to relax. It is good for muscles, as well as for mind. Really very ecological way to relax. It is better to have a bath and meditation instead of alcohol or passive aggressive.

Perfect after a HIIT sess!
