Good for taming fine hair frizzies
3Lightweight, non-aerosol foam, you only need a few pumps and it's enough to lightly hold waves in fine hair. I don't think it would work as well on thicker, coarser hair. I have only used to air dry my hair, I couldn't say how it performs if you use it to heat style. When air drying, you get a very light cast on your waves which is easily scrunched out.

Mother in law loves it
5My mother in law has been using this for years. She has extremely thin fine hair and this product helps to thicken it, so it can be properly styled. She would be lost without it!

Nice light foam
4This foam is really light. It doesn't give much hold on my fine curls but is ok to scrunch in to dry hair when I refresh. Personally I think the Flora and Curl foam is better than this and it smells much nicer so I won't buy again.

Great product
5Have used this product for many years. Have tried other similar mousse from top brands but always come back to Aveda. This gives lightweight volume with no stickiness. Suits my fine hair. Would recommend.

Works well with Aveda Volumising tonic
5I use this as a cocktail with the Aveda 'volumising tonic'. When used together, hair certainly looks more volumised. There is also no sticky residue or stiffness.

Great volume for fine hair
5I have been using Aveda Phomollient for years. I would swear by this product. It adds volume to my fine thin hair and holds all day without feeling sticky or leaving residue. The foam is easy to distribute, I use 4-5 pumps and then blow dry to create amazing volume. Love and recommend this product.
