51-2 pills a day, less acne, better skin, look good, look young, dysmenorrhea is relieved.

Skin feels brighter
4I have been taking these supplements for 2 weeks already and I feel overall some improvement in the general look of my skin. It looks a bit brighter and less dry. Maybe a bit too early to draw proper conclussions...but I will probably get another box after this one to really see if the aspect of my skin keeps improving :)

Skin feels softer
4I’ve just started my 3rd packet. I take one capsule a day. I’m 43 and can feel a difference in my skin, much softer, my nails are growing stronger. I personally hadn’t notice much of a change on my face, but friends and family have commented my skin looks healthier. Im pleased with the product.

Improve and skin texture and radiance.
4After taking this supplementary for 1 box, my skin got smoother and softer (obviously). My skin also looked brighter. But I havn't seen any effect on the wrinkle.

Improve my skin texture and radiance.
5For mid-twenty women, it improves my skin texture and radiance. My skin seems smoother and brighter after taking this supplementary for 1 box. I don't have any firmness and wrinkle problem so I can't see the result from anti-aging aspect.
