Actually works!
5I store a lot of tension in my neck. Sometimes the pain is bad enough for voltorol gel, but I find this works almost as well in that area. Have also bought for my son for post exercise rub!

5This genuinely is magical on my aches and pains during my running training. I don’t know how it works as it isn’t overpowering in fragrance but it does.

Rescue Balm
5I suffer with a frozen shoulder so bought this to help with the pain when I go to the gym. I can definitely feel it eases the pain. It’s a shame about the mint smell though.

The best muscle soother in the business!
5I’m a bog fan of Espa in general but this is their hero product for me! Being a Medical Secretary, I’m always getting neck/shoulder/back pain from being at my desk for the majority of my working day and from a lot of typing, nestling the phone in the crook of my neck (very bad habit!) This balm soothes immediately on application, gently heating up and giving a really comforting feeling as well as instantly soothing the aches. I give the tube a good squeeze (I use it generously) and warm the balm by rubbing it between my palms before smoothing it on. My Mum also loves this balm (she has arthritis and uses this nightly, and finds it a godsend). We purchase this on repeat and I recommend it to anyone with aches and pains.

Great for aching muscles.
4Packaging a bit of a nightmare. Original tube split when trying to get the balm out. Lookfantastic sent replacement. Balm itself is soothing. Only need a small amount. Smells lovely. I use post exercise. Can be greasy if use too much

Relaxing
5Bought it for my aunt, she is very happy with it, as it relaxes tired body. Energising smell. A bit strong but you get used to it.
