The IT Cosmetics BYE BYE Under Eye Bags is a treatment formulated to temporarily reduce the appearance of dark circles and puffiness around the eyes.
Formulated with IT’s multi-patented technology, the formula delivers a filter-like, blurring effect to the undereyes to create the illusion of smoother, tighter skin for the day. The eye treatment can be applied to bare skin or on top of makeup as it produces a transparent finish. At the end of the day, remove the treatment with an oil-based cleanser.

- When to Use: After cleansing in the morning, before makeup on dry skin.
- Recommended Amount: A pea-sized amount.
- Application: Glide evenly from inner to outer corner two to three times. Be careful not to over blend. Tap to blend outwards at edges. Light pressure and minimal blending are best, do not rub. Wait 15 minutes. Relax your face, don’t squint or smile until product has dried down.
- Routine: To Remove, use an oil-based cleanser like Bye Bye Makeup Cleansing Balm in the evening. Do not use it as an overnight treatment.

A no for me
Didn’t do much despite of tightening the area of application. Eye bags were visible as before and regardless of the amount used it left a white residue. Tried it on top of foundation and clean face. Absolutely not happy.

Great
Really good under eye cream Makes my skin inder eyes feel tight 5 min after applying it. Takes small amount to make the difference. Havent tried on top of concealer but used it under it and works for me

A let down - didn’t do anything
I was so excited when I saw this product was coming out. I’d used something similar previously but nothing you could put on top of moisturised skin and add normal make up on. I have puffy bags under my eyes but more under my left eye. When it arrived I followed the instructions and waited until my moisturised had fully sunk in, applied and waited….. nothing. I tried again the next day but with a lighter lotion style moisturiser, and again no change, so decided to try it on cleansed, dried, bare skin. Again nothing happened apart from my skin feeling really dry and feeling tightness when I blinked but no visual change. Such a shame as this claimed so much but delivered nothing.
