Curl Tamer
5I have very dry unruly curls that require (or used to require!) a conconxion of products to tame. Now all I need is my big pot of defining custard combined with my pot of custard cream. I apply both products to my dripping wet hair and allow to dry naturally and I am left with defined, soft , bouncy (and amazing smelling) curls. The next day if they need a refresh, I wet my hair and reapply just a small of ammount of this product to revive and redefine them,

3Does what it says it does about the curls but leaves nasty white flakes so I couldn't use it much. Will try again.

the best ever!
5Having tried dozens of hair products over the years but this is by far the best for curly hair. it is easy to use, amazing value. My hair is normally moderately curly, but can be dry. now it is bouncing with shiny curls, which stay until i need to wash it again. best of all, i can leave it to air dry and still get diffuser effect curls. I can't recommend it highly enough!!

THE BEST product for curly hair
5After years of spending a fortune on hundreds of different products, for my naturally tight curly (prone to frizz) hair (almost afro), I have finally found THE PERFECT STYLING PRODUCT!!! I use this contrary to instructions on dry hair after a combination of air drying then lightly drying at the roots with a hairdryer. I use it as a finishing product rubbed in palms & evenly raked through my thick coarse curly hair, & wow no frizz just well behaved defined no frizz curls. Leaves my hair shiny & not crispy. A truly fantastic product & great value on look fantastic website. Thankyou so much for solving years of trying to get my hair how I want it.

Great product BUT...
3when it dries you get white dandruff-looking things. I guess this is because I used too much product. But its a great product.

I like it...but
3I'm still unsure about this defining custard... A big big plus is it does what it promises; it DEFINITELY defines my curls and for that I give it an A+. The problem I have though, is that it leaves my hair a little stiff, which I'm not a fan of. For that reason I had to stay in the neutral 3-star zone with this one.

Excellent
5Keracare Natural Textures Defining Custard holds my curls and keeps frizz away. My hair is very soft after you scrunch it, and I can get many days of lovely hair with no effort.

Brilliant
5At last I have found a product that can tame my curls. After many years of buying many products to try and get away from mousse (which drys my hair out even more) and being unsuccessful, Keracare Natural Textures Defining Custard is just the product I have needed. Really defines my curls and my hair feels so much nicer.

4Good product for defining curls and giving good hold without frizz, but it can make you look like you've got dandruff when it dries & depending on how much you use it can make your hair look wet or be really crisp.

Perfect to keep your curls definition
5I have to start saying that I'm deeply in love with the KeraCare Natura Textures line - I never had such moisturized and soft hair! The Defining Custard is just perfect for holding the curls. I use a generous amount after the leave in and a bit of the butter cream. My hair dries with beautiful curls - and they get really soft when I scrunch them after dried. FYI, I have 3c-4a hair
