I’m really disappointed to use this conditioner, my hair still looks dry and unhealthy. Good for washing and refinishing but nothing about repairing. Very upsetting about it

Got my hands on this a month ago. Have been using since then however no results yielded instead my hair fall has increased significantly. While shower the hair feels soft but when they dry they are rough.  Won’t purchase ever again!!

I’ve only used this combo twice. The shampoo and conditioner and my hair feels so soft yet fuller. Other reviews said this is quite heavy on the hair and goes greasy quickly. I haven’t found that.
