Clean and calming
I use this oil in my diffuser. I can't say that it actually helps me sleep, however it does have a clean and calming effect on the atomosphere within my bedroom when I do use it. Very relaxing.

Lovely as part of your evening routine

A good nights sleep
Was looking for a product to help unwind and settle after stressful work days and this oil has done the trick. I pop some into my room diffuser each evening or steam my face with a few drops after a particularly long day and find it so much easier to drift off at night. Would highly recommend for those looking to loose the tensions.
