I use this everyday after cleansing and before moisturiser and serums. I apply 3 pumps to the hands then apply to my face and neck. Leave 10 minutes then finish treatments and do my make up. It lasts all day so no reapplication needed. Leaves skin so soft and protected. I do lots of cardio exercise and this is simply the best.
