Brilliant Mitt!
I tend to use this before I apply the scrub and then use to scrub further, it is fab, it can be used on dry skin and feels like your really getting rid of the rubbish lodged in your skin. Not to grainy so with the added scrub I feel like its a deep exfoliation without irritation.

Excellent Exfoliating Mitt
Best used in the shower after a couple minutes of cleansing the skin, so that the epidermis is sufficiently damp. Apply some pressure wearing the glove, rubbing back and forth rapidly. Works very well, especially around knees and elbows. I follow up the shower by sealing moisture in with loads of ESPA or Sol de Janeiro cream (whatever suits my mood!), so that skin is silky soft for the week ahead. Also helps prevent ingrown hairs.
