Since moving to London, my hair broke off about 2 inches due to the hard water as i hadn't changed any of my hair regime. My hair was feeling terrible after i washed it, you could feel the chemicals from the water in it and trying to wear my hair curly was impossible, lifeless and limp. All though i'm mixed race i still buy this product and will continue to do so, my hair feels like it used to, soft and shiny and easier to manage and my curls are back. I can continue to live in London thanks to H20.. Expensive but worth the money

Background: I live in an area with very hard water (Fens), but didn't realise until recently how this could affect my hair. My hair had steadily been turning into the hair from hell: greasy roots, dry crispy ends, limp, flat and frizzy all at the same time. It looked and felt horrendous. I kept loading products onto it to try and sort it (oil, clarifying, deep conditioning, even the herb cassia), some made it better for a while but none for long. I did some research and discovered it was probably mineral build-up, so bought this shampoo. Review: After ONE wash, my hair was transformed. Soft, shiny, less frizzy, and with loads of bounce. I had volume for the first time in years. This shampoo and conditioner are fantastic. I've ordered loads more and for my partner too as I don't want to ever run out! It seems expensive, but the only other product I need now is heat-protect spray (silicone free), so I'm actually saving money. My hair isn't coloured, so I can't comment on whether this range makes a difference to colour. However, my blonde hair definitely looks brighter, probably because it's actually clean now! Tips: It works much better when you follow the instructions! I didn't the first time, and wasn't blown away, but the second time I did and it was great. After the shampoo my hair felt likely to tangle, and the conditioner feels like its never going to de-tangle. However I gently brushed it through and it was fine, no tangles after that. I think it's not being used to properly clean hair, and the conditioner is a bit less slippery than I'm used to, although I've discovered that slippery doesn't necessarily mean a good conditioner.

Good shampoo and conditioner

I do feel like my hair is more smooth after using these. However, I do not find the products to be as concentrated as they claim. I cannot use less than with other shampoos and conditioners, which makes this quite expensive. Some people may find the perfume-y scent a little overpowering but I personally don't mind it.

Excellent product

My hair always feels really clean after I've washed it and the conditioner is pretty good considering my hair is really dry and fly away. Only been using it a couple of weeks but pleased so far.
