Softens hair but not very hydrating and smell is not for everyone
I bought this thinking it would smell amazing like everyone said but it doesn't work for me - in fact the smell is a little too overwhelming in the shower but once you blow dry your hair it's fine. This shampoo gave me dry scalp and I have flakes appearing just 10 minutes after washing my hair. However it does soften my hair a lot, I think it would work perfectly if you have an oily scalp and voluminous, stiff hair but this is not for someone who has a neutral scalp and dryish hair like me. Expensive product so think twice!

Pretty good but won't buy again
The shampoo and conditioner are quite good, but aren't cheap and there are better options. Smell is lovely and nothing really negative about it. My hair is thick and dry, tends to frizz, at the moment I'm using Bumble and Bumble Invisible Oil range and find that suits my hair better. I'd say this is best suited to normal - dry range

Good, but could be better
The cherry smell of the products is really nice. The shampoo works well and the conditioner is easy to rinse out. The conditioner isn’t rich/moisturising enough for my dyed hair and the consistency is a bit runny. I was looking forward to trying these products but was disappointed at how basic they are. Good but not worth the money, sadly.

I really like the look and smell of these products but I have long thick hair and after washing my hair with these it takes a lot more detangling and doesn’t feel as good condition as usual. Probably wouldn’t purchase again.

To say I’m disappointed with this range is an understatement. I washed and conditioned and used the leave in as directed, only to wake up with extremely dry hair the following day. I could hear my hair breaking while trying to get a wide tooth comb through it. There was absolutely no softening or shine, such a let down. I contacted Aveda and as we all know their products are expensive and for the money I paid,I want results. Very very disappointed.
