The BHA-powered What Spot? Dot? by DISCIPLE Skincare are effective hydrocolloid patches designed to minimise the look of blemishes and redness.
Featuring salicylic acid, the spot stickers help to decongest the skin, promoting a more clarified complexion. Hyaluronic acid helps to keep the area hydrated, preventing the blemish from drying out.
- Application: Wash and completely dry the area. Remove the cover film and apply to the target aread (don’t use face oils or other products before use). Wear for 6 hours or overnight and replace as needed.

I got these in one of the monthly boxes. What I love about them is that they're not just clear patches, they have salicylic acid which helps with the clearing of the spots. I really enjoy these!

Didn’t help at all
Read great things about this product but for me just did not work. Found slightly uncomfortable and unable to use any night products when applied. Used over 3 nights and no help will redness let alone the actual spot.

WHAT SPOT?
Received a pack of these in my monthly beauty box. I am a nightmare when it comes to spots as I often squeeze or pick so thought I'd give these a go. They are wonderful, stick one on just before bed and by the morning either the spot had gone completely or reduced significantly. They are clear patches so you hardly notice they are there. Not sure how well these would work for someone with acne but for the odd spot I think they are fantastic.
