It's okay

3 stars out of a maximum of 5

Dear all, I was thinking to leave a short review. Maybe it will help somebody who is still in doubt.I rely on reviews a lot when I choose products. Anyway, here we go. My skin is normal to dry. Especially in winter it gets really dry and sometimes too bad, and it starts peeling off. Thus, it is very important for me to use a good moisturiser. I have been using this cream for about a month. It was okay at the beginning. The smell is fine (reminds me of a scentless soup). It soaks in quickly. But after some time I started feeling that my skin was still dry. Even if i'd put more cream on it still felt the same way. My skin kept feeling dry. Thus, I will not be coming back to it. It is not a bad option (especially for the price). Maybe it just didn't suit my kinky skin.

Surprisingly good

I received this in my advent calendar this year and I didn’t expect to like it as I normally go for quite heavy creams as my legs are so dry all year round. However this worked wonders! I have gone through it quite quickly because you can really layer it on and it doesn’t leave that greasy film. Very impressed.

Impressed

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I got this cream in my advent calendar. I hadn’t tried it out but then 2 days before New Year, I had an allergic reaction to something around my eyes. When researching online for something that could help I saw this very cream recommended! I immediately tried it and it calmed the symptoms of itchiness very quickly. It also moisturised the dry skin. It did sting somewhat but this passed very quickly and my poor parched skin soaked up the cream. I will definitely always keep a tube of this cream now and will recommend it to others.

this cream surprises me

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I have combination skin, and my skin condition varies from different season. So I rarely seek for super rich cream. Recently I added BHA in my skin care routine. It made my skin dyer, even created patches around my mouth, nose, and forehead. So I pulled this cream out and use it morning and night. It's much lighter than I thought, not oilly at all, no extra scent. The cream added hydration to my skin and also calm it down a bit. It works perfectly!

Excited to try but irritated my skin!

1 stars out of a maximum of 5

I was so excited to try this - however, it severely irritated my skin, so much so that I had to wash it off after a few minutes and had a hot, flushed face for a day or two. I think this is due to the Eucalyptus Oil, I mean, who puts an essential oil like that in a sensitive face cream? Same thing happened to my bf when I tried it on him - will use purely as a body cream as essential oils such as eucalyptus, in my opinion, have no place in creams designed for dry, sensitive skins. If you have any way sensitive skin give this a miss....

Love love

I have acne prone, combination skin. I've been using this now for nearly two months, and still have some left. I wanted to find a cream that was for sensitive skin and hydrating. I really love this - at first I only used it in the evening, as it's quite a thick cream and thought it would be better for overnight. However, it sinks in quickly to my skin without it feeling oily, so I will start using it in the morning too. The packaging itself is nice, no issues. Would repurchase!

Really great cream

I always have problems with wry day elbows and heels. I’ve been using this cream in those areas and they are much better. It absorbs well and it doesn’t feel oily.

A bad product

This absolutely done nothing to my skin except leaving it a bit dehydrated. Doesn't leave it to it's promised.

Left my skin feeling parched!

2 stars out of a maximum of 5

I've heard numerous good things about this cream so decided to buy this when on offer. The texture is quite thick which I usually stay away from as I am prone to blemishes. Whilst I can't say for certain if the cream added to/made no different to my acne, one thing that stood out for me was that after applying the cream my face would feel tight and thirsty! It may have been because my moisture barrier is compromised, but it just didn't agree with me. Also note that is does have some dimethicone which I didn't initially see in the ingredients!
