The hair gummies feature a blend of biotin, zinc and selenium that help to contribute to the maintenance of normal hair. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin while vitamin C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress that can lead to potentially higher fall-out rates. Complete with a delicious strawberry flavour, the soft gummies double as a tasty sweet treat.

Started taking these about 3 weeks ago now and am using it along side the Hairburst shampoo. So far, I'm thinking my hair has started to feel a bit thicker. It's certainly very shiney and the the shampoo is very nice to use. Only have to use a very small bit and it really lathers up. Also has a really nice clean fresh smell and my hair feels really clean. So I don't know if it's a combo of the gummies with the shampoo/conditioner or just the gummies which is showing me a very slight change. As far as growth, I'm not noticing a great deal. Maybe a fraction of an inch but would that be the case even if I wasn't taking these? I will continue and see what happens.
