Featuring a smooth-gliding, creamy consistency, the Kylie Cosmetics Precision Pout Lip Liner Pencil sculpts, shapes and defines the lips.
Ultra-precise, contour with control around the curves of the lips and cupid’s bow, lining them with non-feathering, velvet-matte pigment. Pairing perfectly with the brand’s liquid lipsticks and glosses, use the pencil to accentuate and create a fuller-looking pout or to add a high-impact hint of colour.
- Application: Use the lip liner pencil to line and fill the lips for an ultra-precise lip contour. Top it off with your favourite lip gloss or lipstick.

Didn’t do it for me sadly
I’m so disappointed with these lip liners. I purchased 4 different colours and have been trying them throughout the day using the crystal lip gloss over the top and using like a lipstick (so full coverage). Firstly they transferred onto my cups/glasses and I would say lasted around 2hrs tops. Maybe it’s the gloss, maybe it’s my lips or I’m applying them wrong??? If anyone has any tips then that would be great as I really wanted to love these and have read some great reviews x
