Not just a balm and more than a lipstick, the Kylie Cosmetics Tinted Butter Balm stands in a league of its own. Powered by the nourishing properties of jojoba oil, the buttery balm instantly hydrates the lips to lock in up to 12 hours of lasting moisture, all while blurring the appearance of fine lines.
Thanks to its non-retractable propel stick applicator that applies a little at a time, the formula glides across the lips with ease, leaving a glossy glaze in its wake. The rich pigments tint the lips, leaving them popping with colour and visibly plumped to perfection.

This is gorgeous and leaves lips feeling nourished without feeling sticky. The tint adds a lovely colour and will be perfect for summer and on holiday as it’s pretty enough to give colour while leaving lips feeling soft without being too OTT. Only mark down is the price point as I wouldn’t pay full price for this item.

More lipstick than tinted balm
Considering this is advertised as a tinted balm, I found it to be more on the lipstick end than tinted balm end. I find lipsticks quite drying and this is not, so that was a bonus. However, I personally would have preferred it to be lighter, even more moisturising and slightly less pigmented.
